Preparation and follow-up
Before the workshop
Complete a short questionnaire and privately submit a starting-point demo video. We send preparation instructions and the submission deadline.
After the workshop
Submit a revised video of the same demo. Receive an individual comparison report and a 30/60/90-day action plan.
Your report reviews buyer relevance, structure, clarity of value, audience engagement and next steps. The action plan gives you and your manager observable criteria for further practice.
Bring: a short demonstration of your own software, using material you are authorised to share. You can request a fictional buyer scenario and software suggestion in advance. Explore the demo preparation checklist.
