Business Background (15 years)

As an Organisational Development professional and Competency Assessments expert, he is Hungarian and based in Berlin, Germany. As a linguist, he developed communication skills and industry knowledge from working as a Chinese-Hungarian interpreter, gaining insights in trade, law and trade shows. Plus, he worked in two technology startups as business development lead. Managed his own training firm for 15 yrs, main roles: assessment tool development, content development, marketing, assessment centers and training projects. He was part of a team that created an online assessments platform for personality testing and has successfully engaged multi-national companies with this tool. Recently, he also developed an EQ board game which NewSkilz uses in our workshops.

Training Experience (10 years)

As a Cross-Cultural Management Trainer, he ran his own HR Consulting firm in China for 15 years before moving to Berlin. With expert experience in all aspects of the learning and development area from training needs analysis and content design to workshop facilitation and design of assessment tools. Excellent at using assessments as part of a management development program and aligning them with business objectives. He is a very experienced and passionate facilitator that delivers engaging and practical Management training.
