He worked for more than fifteen years for leading B2B advertising and Public Relation agencies In the Netherlands. During this period he was Account and Strategic Director for a series of international companies, including Volkswagen, Microsoft, Ericsson, HP and Oracle. At this time he was also assigned to teach and coach new and junior employees of several of his agencies. Expert in Banking and Finance, Education, Pharma, Hospitality, Fashion, Technology, Consultancy, Communication and Marketing.

He has taught International Business Communication Skills for over twenty-five years in The Netherlands, China, the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. The last five years he focused more on Business Executive Coaching and Leadership Development in Asia and now balances training and coaching and regularly quite effectively uses a combination of both. His classes are noted for their humor, energy and interactive nature.
