Business Background (15 years)

Currently an APAC Lead for Corporate Leadership Academy in a world’s largest family owned U.S. company and he is also a ICF accredited coach. Prior to that, he worked for Johnson Controls as Learning and Development Manager, Greater China, specialized in employee learning and leadership development, and worked on various projects, such as HIPO, Talent Retention, Career Pathing, etc. As a certified facilitator, heavily involved in leadership development series program facilitation -iLead series. In recognition his outstanding contribution, he was awarded ‘President Award’, the highest reward at Johnson Controls. His leadership facilitation and talent management experience have accumulated from various roles he played. For instance, Regional Learning Partner, Greater China, a member of Talent Solution Design Team in Learning & Culture at Cap Gemini Consulting firm, responsible for internal training and people development; Training and Development Manager for Savills, one of the world’s five largest professional property consulting companies, where he was in charge of employee training and development across mainland China; a Training Consultant for Wilson Learning, involving in numerous successful training and consulting projects across various industries, covering the entire training process from training needs analysis, instructional design and project execution to training effectiveness evaluation. His knowledge and expertise in training were established during his four years when he worked as a Training Consultant, involved in numerous successful training and consulting projects across various industries. In addition, he has strong entrepreneurship experience from running his own Marketing and Event management company for three years before he went to overseas to pursue his academic qualifications.
