As a previous General Manager he has been running large scale organizations for Dextrys / DarwinSuzsoft - a leading outsourcer / IT Services firm serving the US market out of China with over 3000 engineers and subsidiaries in Shanghai, Suzhou, Dalian, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.. He combines deep understanding of the local culture and customs in China. Sanjeev was instrumental in helping Indian IT Majors like Patni, Quattro, Datamatics, etc collaborate and partner with China. As a leadership coach, he brings together a multitude of diverse talents; has over 18 years (including 6 years in China) of client facing experience and management of large-scale operations. DarwinSuzsoft BPO operations, under his leadership were consecutively ranked #1 Bundled Outsourcing Services (IT/BPO) China - Black Book of Outsourcing 2007 2008.
