Business Background (20 years)

As an Organizational Development and Change Management specialist, he specializes in Program Design & Delivery, Action & Performance Coaching, and technology-driven Organizational Development initiatives. He has designed 360 feedback systems, competency based assessments, Managerial & leadership Skills Development, Mergers & Acquisitions related interventions, as well as Cross-cultural Integration programs. For the past 15 years, he has operated as a change agent on an international basis (USA, Mexico, France, UK, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Japan, China, Vietnam, Philippines, Mali, RD Congo…), in French and English, with Green-field SMEs, Multinational Corporations, Government bodies and the United Nations system. In the past, he has held several Senior Management roles in Multinational, international SMEs and OD/HR consultancies, leading organization-wide business improvement and turn-around strategies. He is among the first, and only, group of China based foreign Leadership Development experts, to continuously work with the China Executive Leadership Academy of the Communist Party (CELAP). In addition to a solid business and consulting background, he is a visiting professor of Leadership, cross-culture and human resources management, with several leading business schools and universities. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Franco-American Institute of Management (France), A Master of Administration from the Newcastle Business School (UK) and is currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management with the ICN Business School (France).
