Management Coaching starts with conducting a Management Practice Survey assessment. Each manager gets 360° Feedback on their management competencies from their subordinates, peers and direct manager/s. 1. The reported TOP STRENGTHS of the manager are those behaviors that are significant enablers of your success and that you might leverage for even greater challenges and achievement. 2. The DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES areas These items emphasize your overused and underused behaviors. 3. The IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES indicated by peers list all comments of what you should start / stop doing to be more effective.
