Leadership Development Coaching starts with conducting a leadership practice competency assessments for the managers. Each leader gets 360° Feedback on their leadership competencies from their subordinates, peers and direct manager/s. 1. The reported TOP STRENGTHS of the leader are those behaviors that are significant enablers of your success and that you might leverage for even greater challenges and achievement. 2. The DEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES areas These items emphasize your overused and underused behaviors. 3. The IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES indicated by peers list all comments of what you should start / stop doing to be more effective.

360 Degree Leadership Assessments

The Leadership Skills Assessment summary report provides an overview of your strengths and areas for improvement. The information in this report is organized around 7 areas of capability: Ability to bring about Change, Analytical and Strategic Competence, Intercultural Competence, Leadership, Market & Customer Orientation, Results Orientation, and Social Skills. This report shows where your peers, direct reports and manager believe you excel and where you have opportunities to improve. Most importantly, it provides you with specific, actionable suggestions for being a great member of your organization.
