Performance Management Coaching is for helping Leaders and Managers to achieve specific business performance objectives. What are the measurable business results that you are expected to deliver on? For instance, a Sales Director has the objective to improve country wide sales within 6 months. Another example would be a Marketing Manager that has the challenge of entering and penetrating a new market. One more example would be an HR Director that needs to reduce staff turnover within the organization.

Competency Assessments

We have a variety of pre-coaching competency assessments which we use to help identify specific areas in need of development for the coachee. The 360 degree assessments, such as the Advanced Leadership Practice Survey, get input from the coachee's superiors, subordinates and peers to provide a comprehensive and detailed assessment report that is used as input to the coach goal setting phase. Additional assessments such as the Emotional Intelligence Competency Survey are also used as needed depending on the coaching objectives.
