Teleconference Ettiquette training is useful for staff that work in international virtual teams or deal with external stakeholders such as clients and partners. When talking by telephone it is more difficult to build rapport, get your message across and understrand others. This is because you cannot see those you are speaking to so don’t have the opportunity to use non-verbal communication signals to influence people or interpret their meaining. This training program can be tailored towards customer service, sales or internal teamwork and project meetings as needed by the client.
