Projects require teams to work closely together to achieve specific tasks. Teambuilding activities provide an opportunity to practice real time leadership skills, delegation skills, communication skills and listening skills. The teambuilding event has goals customized to the client needs. For example, reinforcing corporate values, learning to get along with different personality types, improving communication in a crisis situation or promoting the concept of everyone taking ownership of a project. Who Should Attend?

Any corporate group that would like to learn to work closer together and build stronger personal connection with each other. While some activities are physically demanding, safety is our number one priority and all types of staff can join regardless of age or fitness. It is a team effort so each member takes on a role that they feel comfortable with and adds value in their own way. We provide a master facilitator to run the event and on-site assistants to handle logistics and communicate with teams. Multiple venues available and we purchase all necessary materials for games and projects selected.
