通过1天的学习,让作为一名现代管理者的学员,去认知以Intel为代表的世界五百强企业的现代管理理念和管理思路,再结合本公司的业务特点、企业文化和管理制度及流程,去开拓现代管理的思路和理念;并掌握针对受过高等教育的“知识工作者”的管理方法和管理工具, 以提升学员的领导力和团队管理的效能。

Training Delivery Approach 培训方式

课程以学员为中心,小组的问题分析与讨论、学员之间的辩论、学员练习和讲师到位的点评,贯穿整个课程。 为了培养和训练学员的“批判性思维”,也为了避免课程成为灌输式的说教,讲师鼓励学员去不断挑战讲师的观点,而且通过融入教练技术到授课过程中,讲师不断抛出问题、让学员思考、回答,所以1天的课程,被演绎成了一场生动、热烈的知识大餐和思辨盛会。
